four happy things on... wednesday

i don't think there is anything better than school holidays (parents may disagree with me here). apologies for the late 'happy things' post. i have been filling my days with beach walks and barefoot weddings!

an afternoon walk with the hubby and the puppy is the perfect way to end a long weekend full of marking and cleaning :)

a little late... but here are some happy things for your saturday :)

One of my resolutions for this year was to be more intentional - with my relationships, with my time and with my focus. In an effort to continue this, I will post four photos from my week of things or moments that have made me happy. I feel like I sometimes miss out on joy just because I'm not looking. Here's to changing that!

a dinner party

one of my favourite people is heading over to canada for three months. to farewell her, we had a little outdoor dinner party, jordan ferney style!

just down the road from my mums house, is a HUGE big water tank! The kind of giant concrete expanse where little kids learn to ride their bikes and skateboarding teenagers hang out on a sunday morning.what better location for an outdoor dinner party?

it was lovely - we listened to Angus and Julia, told inappropriate jokes and took some time out from the crazy!

new moccasins, baking, suitcase rummaging and nepalese food with my favourite people...

green is for go...

yesterday i got home while it was till daylight and spent some time in the vegie garden. it is so satisfying seeing everything grow from seed to plant... we should be feasting on home grown vegies in the next few weeks. The pak choy is almost there and the cherry tomato plant is starting to flower... yay!
