my favourite time of the day...

somehow, without actually speaking our plans out loud, the husband and I have gotten into a habit of heading outside just as the night starts cooling down. We water the vegie garden, play with the puppy and chat about our day. It is a delightfully relaxing and special time away from work, the t.v and the internet and is very quickly becoming my favourite time of the day...

in the holidays...

i went to japan.

but i also lit some fireworks. enjoyed the blue sky. went hiking in the jungle. took the puppy to the beach.

bliss.

an afternoon walk

i am trying to find some balance in my life and one of the things i look forward to most in my day is getting home and taking my lovely little nell for a walk. we live just down the road from some national park and there are so many beautiful walking tracks... it makes me happy!
